Most likely, your subscription is on hold because the credit card on-file is expired or locked.
To update your payment information, from the Mother Dirt home page go to the top right of the navigation to MY ACCOUNT. Log in, and navigate to SUBSCRIPTIONS. You should see an overview of any subscriptions, active or on hold.
You should also see a list of saved credit cards. Click DELETE to remove a card (you may need to refresh the page to see that the card is no longer associated with the account).
If you don't see any cards associated with your account, you can move on to the next step.
You should see the option to PAY for the most recent order, status failed. This will take you to a checkout page. Make sure your information is correct, and CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. You may need to reenter your payment details.
