Walk us through your daily skincare routine and tell us how you incorporate Mother Dirt?

My daily skincare include washing my face with mother dirt cleanser - I massage my skin thoroughly to give it extra TLC, I use a coconut oil to take off any extra makeup, I then use a serum, eye cream and Mother Dirt probiotic spray.

What is your favorite Mother Dirt product & tell us why you love it!

I've been really loving the shampoo lately - it makes my hair feel so clean and look so shiny!

How do you interpret “less is more?” Are there any other ways this philosophy plays into your life?

This philosophy plays into my life in most ways. I really don't believe that more is necessary better. I do believe that if you are in alignment with your truth - your true purpose in life and doing what makes you happy then things can fall into place at a rapid speed. So the important work is not more output but rather taking away what is getting in your way.

Why do you feel it’s important to connect to nature?

Nature reminds me of how small we truly are. We often get so stuck in our heads and with our own problems but nature always brings me back to focusing on the bigger picture which is that we are all just here to indulge in this life for a blip of time and we need to make the best of it!

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I don’t drink coffee and never have!
